Teddy Lynwood Stafford

Teddy Lynwood Stafford, 77 of Roanoke, VA went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Berkshire Health and Rehab Center in Vinton surrounded by his family. Teddy was born on July 15, 1941 in Giles County, VA and was a son of the late Ray Elsworth Stafford and Lizzie Cree Munsey Stafford. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Ray (Ronnie) Stafford, Sr. and one nephew, Ronald Ray Stafford, Jr. Teddy was a former accountant at the New River Tannery in Bluff City, the Noland Company in Roanoke, CMC Supply in Roanoke and Carilion at Roanoke. He is survived by two brothers, Clayton Edward (Eddie) Stafford and wife Louise of Pearisburg, Donald (Duke) Munsey Stafford and wife Cheryl of Williamsburg, one sister-in-law, Jane Lou Stafford of Richmond, KY, several nieces and nephews, special friend and Godfather, Alberto de Bobe and his canine companion, Lucy. Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 11am at the Birchlawn Abby in Pearisburg. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the Abby.
