Rennie Nell King Warner, 92 of Eggleston, VA passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Rich Creek, Va. Mrs. Warner was born on May 14, 1922 and was a daughter of the late Frank Wallace King and Grace Mae Stafford King. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Arvil (Bill) Lee Warner, two sisters, Ada Grace Gordon, Frankie K. Thorn and two brothers, Tunis W. King and Eddie O. King. Mrs. Warner was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Bluefield, WV and the Eggleston United Methodist Church, a former Worthy Matron of Paris Chapter No. 124, a former member of G.I.A. and president of the Civic League of Bluefield, WV. She is survived by 2 daughters, Joyce W. Breeden and her husband William of Marquette Heights, IL, Lynda Sue Warner of Abingdon, one son J. Frank Warner of Eggleston, four grandsons, Timmy & Charlotte Warner, Randy & Lisa Warner, William Warner, James Warner, three great granddaughters, Samantha & Frank Christy, Megan Warner, Piper Warner, three great-great grandsons, Gavin Christy, Adan Warner and Dalton Christy, two sisters-in-law, Ruby and Claude Cruise and Doris Blankenship and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday December 12, 2014 at 2pm with the Rev. Dr. Fred L. Austin officiating with burial following in the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg, VA.
