Kenneth Joseph Jametsky

Kenneth Joseph Jametsky, 92, of Christiansburg, VA, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at his home. Kenneth was born on October 12, 1932, in Hibbing, MN and was a son of the late Roy Spence and Claudia Kendell Spence. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Lorraine Kennedy Jametsky, a sister, Alicia Smith and a brother-in-law, William "Sonny" Kennedy.

Kenneth was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and the U.S. National Guard. He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Christiansburg and was retired from the Montgomery County School System.

He is survived by his son, Kenneth Alan Johnson (Cheryl) of Hibbing, MN, 2 daughters, Kathryn Sue Jametsky Gould (Tom) of Perham, MN and Kimberly Rae Jametsky, brothers-in-law, Norm Smith of Seattle, WA, Don J. Secore and Gary Kennedy of Wylie, TX.

As per Kenneth’s wishes, he was cremated and interred in Roselawn Cemetery in Christiansburg, VA.
