Freddy Wysor Shrader

In Loving Memory of Freddy Wysor Shrader SHRADER, FREDDY WYSOR., 70 of Ripplemead VA. passed away suddenly at his home, Friday, November 4, 2005.  Mr. Shrader was born on October 19, 1935 in Chapel, VA., ( Giles County ) and was a son of the late Fredrick and Lexie Raynes Shrader.  He was an Army Veteran, a member of the First Christian Church in Pearisburg where he served as deacon and treasurer for many years.  He owned and operated Shrader’s Service Station for 40 years in Pearisburg.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Bobby and Bo Shrader.  He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Joyce Bowles Shrader of Ripplemead, two sons and daughter-in-laws, Freddy Wade and Debbie Shrader, David and Bendy Shrader, one daughter Sherree Shrader all of Pearisburg, four grandchildren, Jade, Trevor, Dakoda and Kiersten Shrader, two sisters and a brother-in-law Jerry and Marci Marcelynas of Delaware, Alice Faye White of Arizona and a brother, Billy Shrader of Maryland.  Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 7, 2005 at 1:00pm at the Givens Funeral Chapel in Pearisburg with the Rev. Bill Sleaseman officiating with burial following in the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg.  The family will receive friends at Givens Funeral Home Sunday evening from 6 – 8 pm.
