In Loving Memory of Darrell Leaton Roberts ROBERTS, DARRELL LEATON, 43 of Pearisburg, passed away Sunday evening, April 30, 2006 at Carilion Giles Memorial Hospital in Pearisburg. Darrell was born on April 26, 1963 in Pearisburg, was a 1981 graduate of Giles High Scholl and had worked at Wades Supermarket in Pearisburg for 11 years.  He was also a member of the First Christian Church in Pearisburg and he was talented in his crafts, making miniature houses and churches for his family and friends.  He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Elizabeth Marie Sartin Roberts of Pearisburg, his brother and sister-in-law, Billy Allen and Sheryl Nelson Roberts of Pearisburg, special friends, Bill and Peggy Hollar, Gary and Sue Walker, Rev. Bill Sleasman and Ginny, Rev. E.C. Redmond and Peggy, Lane and Lorraine Keffer, Greg Martin, Junior Neely and family, Jim Johnston and family, Dr. D. Scott Hayes and Staff, Lois Robinson and numerous other friends and relatives.  Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 5, 2006 at 11:00am at the Givens Funeral Chapel in Pearisburg with the Rev. Bill Sleasman and Rev. E.C. Redmond officiating with burial following in the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg.  The family will receive friends at the Givens Funeral Home in Pearisburg Thursday evening from 6 – 8.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at givensfuneralhome.com.
