Cleo Della Howell Houck

In Loving Memory of Cleo Della Howell Houck HOUCK, CLEO DELLA HOWELL, 94 of Pearisburg , VA passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at Riverview Nursing Home in Rich Creek, VA.  Mrs. Houck was born on February 19, 1911 in Ashe County , NC and was a daughter of the late Charles Elmer and Flora Scott Howell.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Blan George Houck.  She was a member of the Pearisburg First United Methodist Church , and was a teacher’s aide at Macy McClaugherty School in Pearisburg for 12 years.  She is survived by one son, Charles W. Houck and his wife Kay of Pearisburg and one grandson, Roger Houck and his wife Jan of Pearisburg, two great-grandchildren, Leslie and Andy. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 19, 2005 at  11:00 am at the Zion Methodist Church in Todd , NC with burial following in the Zion Methodist Church Cemetery .  The family will receive friends Friday evening at the Givens Funeral Home in Pearisburg from 6 – 7:30 pm with a memorial service at 7:30 pm officiated by Rev. Dale Wyrick and Dr. Fred L.
